I just wanted to keep you all in the loop… I am just waiting for the weather to clear up, for enough days, so we can get the “big boi” antenna installed and the new repeater placed back in it’s home.
As soon as we have a clear window things will get installed and start to roll again.
I know everyone has been waiting patiently, and I thank you for waiting, but hold on for a bit longer. I don’t think that anyone would have guessed that this year would have been a rainy one. 🌧️
Once things are up, and tested, I will throw up another post letting you all know that things are ready to go. You can then can get your radios programmed. 😎
The site, of course, will also be updated with all of the information needed, for your radios, as well.
As of right now, the club is still going… It’s just a matter of when the repeater will be back in service. I have been trying to assemble a new Administration crew and so far, things are going good. I would like to reach out and see if anyone would like to take up the position of “Vice-President.” The only thing I require for that position is that you keep in contact with me and the rest of the admin. as well as have ideas to keep the club engaged.
